Economic Impact “Stimulus” Payment

Economic impact statements, commonly known as stimulus payments, were passed to provide economic relief in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. These payments will not be taxed and will not impact program eligibility.

The 2-1-1 Help Center (Dial 2-1-1 or (866) 760-6489) is toll-free and helps you find available services and resources in your community such as housing and childcare assistance.

Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP)

LEAP helps eligible Colorado families, seniors, and individuals pay a portion of their winter home heating costs during the winter (November through April). Please call 1-866-432-8435 for more information.

Colorado Works / Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TAFF)

TANF provides monthly cash assistance payments, help with emergency household expenses, and/or services such as couselling and job training for eligible families.
